A very special Water Being presents! Atlantean? I was sure feeling, which is also Sirian as those early Atlanteans are indeed from Siruis Star System. To me it feels this being is holding humanity in the water crystal it carries on it’s rostrum (snout) with the 8|13 star frequencies, balanced with the water crystal on the under belly and the movement through the cosmic waters.
